1. General
1.1 The following privacy policy applies to the use of this website and the services offered through it. This website is provided by Binar Handling AB, Hedekullevägen 24, SE-461 38, Trollhättan, SWEDEN, info@binarhandling.com, as the data controller in accordance with Article 4 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”). 1.2 Protecting your personal data is important to us, particularly with regard to your personal rights when we process and use such data. Below we inform you about the collection of personal data when you use our website. Personal data refers to any information that can be linked to you personally, such as name, address, email address, and user behavior.
2. Automated Data Collection and Processing via the Browser
2.1 As with all websites, our server temporarily and automatically collects information in the server log files, which your browser transmits, unless you have disabled this. If you visit our website, we collect the following data, which is technically necessary to display the website and to ensure stability and security (legitimate interest – legal basis according to Article 6.1(f) GDPR):

The server log files are not analyzed on a personal level. These data cannot be assigned to specific individuals by the provider and are not merged with other data sources.
The server log files are stored for one month.
3. Data Collection and Processing of Voluntarily Provided Information
3.1 General Contact
If you provide us with personal data via email or our website (last name, first name, email address, address), this is generally done voluntarily; there is neither a legal nor a contractual obligation to provide your personal data. The data you provide is processed to handle your inquiry or manage any contractual relationship that arises. The legal basis for this processing in connection with fulfilling a contract is Article 6.1(b) GDPR, and for processing based on the legitimate interests mentioned above, Article 6.1(f) GDPR.
3.2 Customer Account / Marketing via Email, Newsletters, and Phone
When registering for a customer account, you can choose whether you want to be contacted by phone or email (newsletter, see section 3.3 below) for marketing purposes by checking the corresponding box.
By consenting to receive marketing messages via email, you also agree to the measurement of open and click rates on links and further processing of this data.
The legal basis for processing your phone number for marketing purposes and your email address for newsletter delivery and open/click rate measurement is your consent according to Article 6.1(a) GDPR.

You can choose individual categories (Necessary, Functional, Marketing) or specific services within each category.

The legal basis for using functional services is your consent under Article 6.1(a) GDPR. You may withdraw your consent at any time with future effect by making a new selection in the consent management tool.

5. Disclosure to Third Parties
If you have provided us with personal data, it will not be shared with third parties except in the following cases:
With your consent. When the data is collected, you will be informed about the recipients or categories of recipients.
